Do you want to improve your balance and stability? Be challenged and have fun at the same time with the Intro to Slacklining course! Slacklining is a great activity to push yourself, have fun, strengthen your stabilizer muscles and cross train for other sports. This class will cover the basics of learning to walk a slackline. You will learn techniques to get you started with the sport. If you're interested in learning some static poses or beginner trickline tricks, just let the instructor know and he will try to incorporate that into the lesson.
